In our Personal Training sessions, we focus on the unique needs of public safety personnel and their families. We aim to create a safe and encouraging space, fostering both physical conditioning and emotional well-being. Personal Training

We provide specialized education and training to public safety and frontline organizations on occupational stress. Our education sessions and workshops will educate members, as well as their families, on the effects of operational and organizational stress and provide strategies for enhancing psychological protection and resiliency.

Education & Training

Fueling the body well is a critical step in physical and mental health.  

Many first responders work rotating shifts or extended hours, making consistency in eating challenging.  Combine that with sleep disturbances and a lack of healthy options at night - eating well can feel impossible!

Practical, realistic strategies that fit your life are important to making sustainable changes to your diet.  Our registered dietitian provides shift work-specific meal plans and meal prep strategies tailored to you to increase energy on and off shift,  improve your health, and help you achieve better quality sleep.  

Nutrition 

As a specialist in Family Therapy for public safety personnel, we know the specific struggles your family encounters. Our sessions focus on enhancing communication, building connection, and nurturing resilience within your family unit. Together, we will address any challenges and foster an environment where each family member feels heard and supported.

Family Therapy

We provide Individual Therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. Understanding the unique challenges that public safety personnel, frontline workers and their families encounter, we complete a comprehensive assessment with each client to ensure successful treatment outcomes. Together we will work on building self-awareness, identifying needs, processing unresolved issues and trauma and implementing strategies that will create meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

In our Couples Therapy sessions, we focus on helping public safety personnel and their partners reconnect and strengthen their relationships. We understand the unique challenges you face as a couple, and we are here to create a safe and supportive environment where you can express yourselves openly. Together, we’ll work on enhancing communication, moving through conflict and identify any underlying issues that maintain unhelpful relational patterns.
