Welcome! I'm Jessica, a mother to three busy boys, including twins, a passionate athlete and a big sports fan. Over the last 15 years I have had the pleasure of helping clients learn how to manage the expectations and pressures of life, meet their own needs, regulate their emotions, gain self-awareness/compassion, recognize their strengths, live authentically, and break free from maladaptive patterns.
Growing up as the daughter of an RCMP member and ER nurse, I witnessed firsthand the effects of operational and organization stress on an individual, couple, and family. This certainly shaped me into the person I am today and has fueled my passion for supporting and educating public safety personnel, frontline workers, and their families. I believe we all deserve to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling and no career should rob a person of that.
As a therapist, I support clients who may be struggling to cope with the stressors of everyday life, navigate life transitions, manage relationship issues, move through grief and loss, cope with occupational stress, and process unresolved trauma. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and specialize in therapy for first responder, public safety personnel, perinatal (pregnancy/postpartum), military, veteran, and healthcare/frontline populations.

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Hi, I’m Dallas, a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a passion for supporting public safety personnel and their families. My work as a first responder for the last 18 years has made me intimately aware of the mental health challenges that both my peers and society face.
Although this line of work has been rewarding and has allowed me to develop a strong ability to think critically, it has also exposed me to unique challenges and experiences that others often don’t understand. As a therapist, this has allowed me to relate to my clients in a way that many others cannot and has provided me the opportunity to validate, normalize, and provide insight and strategies to help them move through the challenges they are experiencing.
I work primarily with adults, adolescents, and couples, and specialize in therapy for first responders, public safety personnel, military, veterans, and athletes. I support clients in enhancing resiliency, processing trauma, managing stress and performance anxiety, and living lives that are both personally and professionally fulfilling. I believe therapy should be approached collaboratively; using a variety of therapeutic approaches, I work with clients to identify their goals and achieve meaningful change.

Raina Beugelink is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience in private practice nutrition counseling. Her focus is on helping shift workers improve their energy, health, and overall well-being despite the challenges of irregular schedules.
With experience working with professionals in healthcare, emergency services, law enforcement, aviation, transportation, oil and gas, and other shift-based industries, she understands the unique hurdles shift workers face, including fatigue, poor sleep, and inconsistent eating habits.
Being married to a first responder, she is intimately familiar with the challenges shift work creates in and outside of the home. She knows nutrition strategies need to be practical and easy to create sustainable change for everything from caffeine and energy drinks to drive throughs and meal prep.
Raina recognizes that the nature of shift work doesn’t always involve consistent breaks and mealtimes. Her focus is on creating consistency over pursuing perfection in the diet. Using a trauma-informed approach, she creates sustainable nutrition plans that address the specific needs of shift workers, empowering them to thrive both at work and in their personal lives.
